Today I was invited to their first cooking demo to show how easy it is to prepare meals when you have a beautiful, functional, working kitchen, using state of the art appliances.
What's cooking? Greek Food!
For starters, we had pita bread with 3 kinds of easy to prepare dips: hummus (from chickpeas), tzatziki (a personal favorite made of cucumber, yoghurt and sour cream) and skorthalia (a Greek potato dip).

Chef Gio, Siematic's in-house chef, flew in from Manila to demonstrate how to use some of the appliances. He uses the built-in Miele steamer to cook vegetables as it's a healthier alternative to lock in the nutrients.

| If I had a kitchen like this, I would probably be cooking braised beef short ribs with garlic yoghurt sauce too!
