On cue, these girls know what to do.
Setting up the living room - the day bed and the capiz framed mirror came from an exporters fair in Cebu City.

The balcony: white Slimline chair from Dedon.  Table is made of lacquered top with stainless steel legs.

The bathroom: a soothing sky blue color serves as an accent color on one side of the wall only with a floating frameless mirror.  The tiles and bathroom fixtures are standard deliverables of Aboitizland.

A cantilevered ledge in wood stain finish serves as an extra space to put on bathroom toiletries.  A sky painting on canvas hangs directly above the toilet.
The kids room: The design of the headboard is inspired from a wooden crate.  The tripod table is made of solid mahogany wood by Cebu Eco Home Furnishings.  Prints were custom-made by Sheila Chua.
Pick up sticks on the table, books on the shelves, cork board that matches the beddings, and a teddy bear are just a few of the tiny details we like to incorporate in staging units to make them more lived-in.

The master bedroom: the sky print on the wall coordinates with the euros on the bed.  (Euros are 27" x 27" throw pillows).  The beddings were a mix and match of different linens from SM, Rustans and some custom-made pieces.

With the advent of condo spaces getting smaller, the master bedroom in this development is quite spacious.  It can fit in a queen-sized bed with 2 side tables, a decent-sized closet with desk/dresser and a 2-seater sofa by the window.  The curtains were made by Curtains Unlimited.

The built-in desk/dresser in wenge melamine was done by Fine Impressions.  The Eames chair replica is from Mandaue Foam.  A throw pillow from Rustans serves as an accent to the chair and ties the look together with the beddings.
And that's a wrap!  With my design team from L-R: Cyril Ocaba, Joy Baculi, Nicole Reyes and yours truly.

Outdoor chairs from Dedon and arm chairs from Casa Muebles serve as seating in the sales area.
Sofa, arm chairs and coffee table designed by Clayton Tugonon of Classical Geometry.  The throw pillows were a personal touch we made to keep with the resort theme and colors of Hanaya.
